We will never sell imitation gemstones. We aim to provide our clients with the best quality stone for the best possible price and educate along the way. We will never source or sell gemstones that don’t meet standards of fine jewelry level quality for its type. Every type of colored gemstone is unique in their own different characteristics and they’re like children; what is good for one, might not be good for another. For example, the fine jewelry standards for an emerald are much different than the fine jewelry standards for a diamond. The cleaning rules for an Ethiopian opal are different from an Australian Opal. All blue topaz is heat treated and all tanzanite is heat treated, therefore we may not mention that type of treatment on a tanzanite listing since it is the industry norm and would sound inexperienced and redundant.
